Throughout history there has always been a remnant. What, or should I say, who is the remnant of Israel? The remnant is a group of people who have refused to compromise their faith. These are the type of people spoken of by God Himself when Elijah was running from Jezebel.
"Yet I will leave 7,000 in Israel, all the knees that have not bowed to Baal and every mouth that has not kissed him." (1 Kings 19:18)
The prophets of old had incredible faith, as typified in Elijah, and were able to withstand incredible persecution. As the watchmen of Israel, these men were able to see what others could not and therefore could withstand much more than the ordinary man. What did they know that we don’t know?
God told us long ago that there would be a judgment upon this earth as never seen before. The first judgment came in the form of water; the next will come as fire. Are we ready? Is the remnant of Israel able to withstand the persecution coming?
The Remnant will not join themselves with the world around them, no matter how alluring that world may be, and no matter how “right” it might seem. The Remnant is much more interested in what the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob has to say than any man, no matter who that man may be.
This book is addressed to the Remnant of God’s people. It is a message that God has given me and I would like to share it with those who consider themselves among this remnant. If this describes you, please take the time to read the message I believe the Lord God Almighty has for His people, the People of the Book.
It is time for us to stop playing religion.
It is time for us to prepare ourselves for the coming Judgment.
It is time for us to be the nation of priests to which we were called.
It is time we learned how to truly serve God.
